Glass products in innovative designs

ISLAMABAD, March 7: Offering a wide range of gleaming glass products, 'Dazzle Glass', a company celebrating its first anniversary received a good response at Marriott Hotel on Friday, on the first day of the exhibition. The exhibition will remain open on Saturday.

The room was filled with spectators who were amazed to see finely finished and innovative glass products. A visitor said here glass has really become an art. As the organizers claim that they can tailor the need of individuals it means what one has in one's mind can be seen in real form, she said.

The organizers said a large number of interested people including interior designers, housewives, businessmen and architects visited the place and showed their interest in the products. They said the response was beyond their expectations as they had received orders for different products.

Manager Operations Hamyun Shuja said they offer a large variety of glass edges which include ogee, triple, mitered, flat, pencil and waterfall. They have highly professional designers who take care of every aspect and ensure the finest finished glass products. " We are able to meet international standards, " he said.

He said they offer only fully automated glass edging and beveling services in the country. Briefing about the facilities he said they can cut glass in any form/shape and in any size. They have the facility of ultra-violet bonding which leaves no traces of any material used to bond the glass. It gives perfection to the product.

Faisal Abbasi, Director Finance, said they have all facilities and machinery to meet the needs of customers. He said they are offering techniques which were not available here before. Responding to a question he said they will try to excel and meet the local requirements offering the best. "Then we will extend our specialties to other cities," he said.

An organizer said people should come and see the products which included almost all kinds of furniture and items related to interior designing. For the exhibition, they have offered reduced prices because it is a special occasion.

" No doubt the prices are high but these are appropriate according to the services and specialties. But people can come to see the novel items, " she said.
